My experience at West Chester has been outstanding, and the progress I have been making in therapy is amazing. The Staff at the facility give the patients excellent care. The concierge, Robert, wants to get to know people and relate to them on a personal level which is amazing as it makes me feel comfortable knowing I always have someone to talk to. Ashley, Admissions Director, helped tremendously to make the admissions process easy, and I love the fact that she checks in with me daily to make sure my needs are being met. Shanel, Director of life enrichment, has been great at running activities with enthusiasm and passion. The nursing staff have been first-class!

The physical therapy team of West Chester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is an absolute joy to work with. I love doing OT with Kaitlyn, and PT with Donna and Jev. They have really helped me tremendously with regaining my strength. As for the nursing staff, Crystal, my respiratory therapist, and Gail, my wound care nurse, along with the aides and doctors have all been phenomenal. The entire staff at West Chester is lovely, and I would highly recommend the facility. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about each and every resident’s well-being and they go above and beyond to make sure all the residents’ needs are met.

West Chester Rehabilitation and Healthcare center is simply amazing. I chose to come here for rehabilitation due to the convenience of location, and the specialty programs they offer. As someone who needs dialysis, Concertos and their team have been wonderful to work with. The physical therapy team is top-notch, everything about this facility is excellent. The food menu was outstanding, and I was impressed with the variety that was offered, they truly have something for everyone. I would rate this place 10/10 stars. You won’t be disappointed sending yourself, or a loved one, to this facility.

My experience at West Chester has been nothing short of amazing. The communication has been exceptional. The aides are wonderful and work hard to ensure the residents are well taken care of, especially Chris and Kimberly. The admissions process was easy to complete thanks to Ashley (Admissions Director), and Renee (Clinical Liaison), as they worked diligently with me and my family every step of the way. The care concierge, Bobby, has been outstanding attending to my needs, and having my questions responded to in a prompt manner. The food is excellent, I would compare it to restaurant quality, and something I look forward to daily. Overall, the staff has been terrific and enthusiastic.

Overall, being here at West Chester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has been a positive and great experience. Prior to my arrival here at the facility, I was at Chester County Hospital to have my gallbladder removed, and with that my family dynamics changed. I have come a long way since being in the hospital and the doctors at the facility have helped me progress in my recovery. West Chester has an amazing admissions and administrative team who really helped make me feel comfortable with my move here as a long-term care resident. My overall highlight is the wonderful and positive attitude all the employees at the facility have, such as doctors, nurses, aides, etc.
